When the opportunity arose for dealership of General Electric bulbs in those years, the name of the canned food company was changed to Beko Ticaret A.?. Thus, establishing a dealership system in Anatolia for the first time, Vehbi Koç could deliver Arçelik products to the homes of the customers.
Transferring Arçelik distributorship to At?l?m in 1977, Beko Ticaret with strong experiences commenced operating in Turkish white goods sector under Beko brand in 1983.
